The modern world has moved to a new stage of its development, which requires a change in the entire system of educational work. The main goal of education of student youth in the college is the formation of a personality that will solve state, industrial, socio-economic problems in society. The teaching staff carries out educational work in the educational institution in such a way as to ensure an optimal balance between the local and the global, so that a young person, being formed as a patriot of his country, is aware of the realities of the global world, is able to live and act in this world, and bear a share of responsibility for it.
Educational work at the college is based on the principles of democracy, the use of the potential of student self-government and is aimed at ensuring the harmonious and integral development of an individual capable of logical thinking, introspection, and achieving set goals. Student self-government bodies are just such a school of leaders for student activists.
We achieve our goal thanks to the fact that the education process is two-way in the college. Not only teachers educate students, but also the youth themselves are active participants in the educational process: they show initiative, creativity, teach us, adults, to be sociable, more patient, encourage us to live the life of young people, their preferences. And regardless of age, always remain modern and young.
