WHAT IS BULLYING AND WHAT ARE ITS CAUSES

Bullying is aggressive and extremely unpleasant behavior of one child or a group of children towards another child, which is accompanied by constant physical and psychological impact.

Abusers can find many reasons to bully a child: appearance that does not fit into the generally accepted framework, behavior, thoughts that do not coincide with the opinion of the majority, etc.

Vivid examples of bullying are verbal insults, intentional rejection of a child in the team, blackmail and even beatings.

"Success in education, financial opportunities, and even character traits can become the basis for bullying. In addition, someone who has difficulty communicating with peers, who behaves aloof or, on the contrary, provocatively, can become a victim of bullying," psychologists note.

More often than not, people who bully think it's funny and there's no big problem or tragedy involved, and that adults won't pay attention.
